Thoughts for Thursday

The Lord is near.  Do not worry about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.  And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Both boys said...the bottles are made of glass and the words are painted on and it only cost $1.60 (each)! This amazing treasure has been cleaned out and saved ;)

Lee's Getaway

Lee was able to get away for a long weekend last week for his birthday.  He took a backpacking trip in Guadalupe Mountains National Park in West Texas.  He said being out in the mountains was good for the soul.

I obviously wasn't there to say "Cheese" !  After hiking all that they wanted to accomplish carrying 60 pound packs, and one night of sleeping on the rocks and in the cold, they came back a night early.  Happy Birthday :)
