Those Crazy Neighbors

Our "old" crazy neighbors came for a visit this past weekend.
They were so much fun!A lemonade, Cheetos, sugar cereal...need I say more?
Life is a highway...
Christina found swinging much more relaxing
once Mark quit aiming her at the tree.
Lee found great joy buzzing Mark in Taboo.

Sharp Shooter

Six lemonade cans on different posts...One rubberband gun being carefully loaded...
One little boy who claims he's been shooting for 12 years...
It is quiet.

With great precision,
all six cans are on the ground...
and the crowd goes wild!

Can you tell we are on the second week of the Olympics?

The Next Generation

Kathy and Erin - 30 plus years agoEric, Sarah, and Sean - any resemblances to the moms?
Eric is 6 months older than Sean - for all those who think Sean is tall!
We traveled to my hometown this weekend to catch up with my childhood friend, Erin. We had a girl's night out with our friend Jennifer, another dinner at Erin's mother's house with more friends from church, and then a day at a water park. Good times!

More From the Beach

Thought this was a sweet picture. Vivian spent the day hunting
for shark's teeth and she found one in the sand.
Body surfing - he really was having a great time...promise.
Can you find the crab? He was very difficult to take a picture
of because he kept hiding from the seagulls.

The Beach

Grandma, Sean, and I headed to the beach this weekend.Sean looks like he is all alone. We had a good discussion on
"shifting sand" and a "firm foundation".
Castle builder
Bucket full of collected shells
Storm rolling in...but it never rained.

Quick Visit

Mimi, Granna, and Grandpa came in for a couple of days last week for the funeral. Mimi, Grandpa and Sean caught some shut eye.Granna, Grandpa, and Sean before they headed east.
And, they're off again til the weather turns cooler.

Rita Clock

My grandmother, Rita Clock, passed away early this morning at the age of 92. She has always been "Amo" to us. I believe my cousin called her Amo instead of Grandma many years ago and it stuck.
August 2, 1916 - August 12, 2008

Up until last year, she lived in the same house for 54 years.

Sean, Amo, and Cousin Jane

That would be my grandmother catching my wedding bouquet. She loved the Lord, was fiercely independent, was an avid sports, news and weather follower, and loved her family and friends.

More Wildlife

Another deer in the neighborhood...

Boys of Summer

A zip line
and a sprinkler
equals tons of fun.
We're thankful for friends!
