Before the rains came yesterday, we met Lee for lunch.  We all enjoyed getting out.

Neighbor Kid

A recent conversation with Lee and the neighbor kid:

Neighbor Kid:  My brother and I were down at the creek and we found this cat. He was black and friendly and he let me pet him. His name is Rabies.

Lee (without cracking a smile):  How do you know his name is Rabies?

Neighbor Kid:  It's name was written on the collar. (He was looking at the rabies vaccination tag.)

Thoughts for Thursday

If we claim to have fellowship with him yet walk in the darkness,

we lie and do not live by the truth. 

But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light,

we have fellowship with one another,

and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin.

We were unable to get a Christmas picture like I wanted but I took a couple of Sean and Kate.

He also was in another choir concert and a piano recital.

Sean received a lego sorter...pure genius invention.  This one of my favorite gifts :) 

Kate really enjoyed opening the presents this year.
