Thoughts for Thursday

"But blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord,

Kate was really trying to communicate to Lee what she was seeing.

Several butterflies were flying nearby and landing on the tree.

She will stay on the phone for a LONG time to chat.

Six Flags

Homeschool Day at Six Flags was on Thursday.  

Even though it was unusually hot, we enjoyed our day.  

Kate, however, may need to stay with a nice friend or grandparent next year :)

She rode this 20 times with Mom and once with Lee.  

She also loved riding the horse on the merry-go-round.

Sean's favorite ride.  

He rode his first big roller coaster, the Shock Wave, this time and liked it.  

He decided he'd try another one next year.

20 Months!

Kate turns 20 months this week!

She and Sean are both wearing a size 5 shoe and they have the same two teeth coming in - however Sean's are permanent :)

Texas History

Last week, we continued with Texas history field trips.

This was a great tour but Kate wasn't all that into it :)
