12 Weeks

Kate turned 12 weeks on Friday.
She celebrated her first Thanksgiving last week and of course
we were all very thankful for her.

She has her Daddy's eyes.

Thoughts for Thursday

Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good.
His Love endures forever.

...to him who alone does great wonders...

On the Road with Dad

Last week we traveled several hundred miles with Lee on his business trip.
While Lee was off working, Sean, Kate, and I spent our days at different lakes and parks. Thankfully, the days were gorgeous.  We were able to see all the grandparents at different locations throughout the week.  We were crazy tired when we made it home, but we were glad we went.
Sean found some really cool trees.

Supposedly there are alligators in this lake.
I didn't see any but Sean felt they were looking at him.
He didn't throw rocks for long ;)

One of our stops

We spent one of our days checking out a local library
and playing at this awesome park.  Kate enjoyed just being out of the car.
Our second night, Lee walked into the hotel and said "What a dump!"
Sean came in soon after and exclaimed "This place is great!"

Some Firsts

Kate turned 10 weeks last week.
She had her two month shots and cried a very sad cry.
She weighed in at 14 pounds :)
Kate's first visit to the zoo
There are white tiger paw prints to the left of Sean.

Kate's first trip to church

Mom had makeup on and her hair done at the same time.

The dress was a wee bit big but she looked adorable in it.

Treats!

Sean was Captain Rex from the Star Wars Clone Wars
and Kate was a pumpkin.  Next year she'll be a bit more girly :)
I'm tired of being a pumpkin!
Sean's mask was a wee bit tight - I thought.

Sean had a great time at our church's fall festival and
trick or treating in the neighborhood with friends.
